Relax in the Spirits Room as you enjoy an artisan cocktail made with our craft distilled spirits.
Chankaska’s latest enterprise is in the distilling of whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, bourbon, and brandy. By offering hard spirits, we’re able to add a rebellious twist to the growing list of Chankaska’s offerings!

Chankaska is open all year!
Walk-ins are welcome but if you’re looking to plan ahead, go ahead and make a reservation!
Reservations are accepted for the Spirit Bar, Fireside Tables, and Outdoor Picnic Tables.
The main tasting room, deck and patio tables are open seating, so come on it, stop at the bar to order and grab a seat or walk around our beautiful, award-winning grounds!

Welcome! Check in with the host if you have reservations, otherwise we have open seating so pick your favorite spot!
All food and drink may be ordered from the tasting bar. Food can be picked up at the Tasting Bar. We do not offer table service. Any open tabs will be closed at the end of the night.

We love to accommodate large groups and bus tours!
To make the most of this experience, you must make reservations two weeks in advance. We will not be able to accommodate large groups with less than two weeks' notification.
For groups over 25 people, we require a rental of our outdoor picnic table space
No large decorations allowed
