WINE CIRCLE SELECT INFORMATION
Wine Circle Members commit to purchasing one case of wine per quarter, for a minimum of four quarters
Membership Terms:
Quarter releases are in January, April, July and October
Members can set their default preference—Red Only, White Only, or Winemaker’s Choice—in their Member Account. When the release email is sent, you’ll have the option to update your preference for that release. If no changes are made, the release will follow your default selection
Members who choose pickup, have 60 days to collect their wine; after that, it will be shipped with a $25 shipping fee
A $25 early cancellation fee applies if the membership is canceled before completing 12 months
After 12 months, cancellation is free at any time
The membership will automatically continue until cancelled

Shipping Information
Members who opt for automatic shipping will be charged $25, and orders will ship within 1 week of the release, weather permitting
A person of 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for wine shipments
Please log on to your account to update any changes in your shipping address
PO Boxes are unable to be accepted
We are currently able to ship to Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Florida, California, Montana, and Colorado
Chankaska is not responsible for misdirected shipments

Your login email is the primary email address on your Wine Circle account.
If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll need to reset your password.
If you don’t see the email, please check your junk mail folder.
UPDATE YOUR PREFERENCE ONLINE
Once Logged In
Click your name in the top right corner to open your profile.
Select “Edit Club Order.”
Choose your preferred option by entering 1 in the drop-down menu.
Click “Update Order.”
Important: Please select only one preference. Choosing more than one will result in multiple charges.
A Note on Preferences
Your Wine Circle base preference will now stay as your default.
Any changes you make online will apply only to the current release—after that, your account will automatically return to your base preference.
If no selection is made online, you will be charged for your default preference.
