From the very beginning, we have been working with the wonderful University of Minnesota grape La Crescent. 2022 is the 11th vintage we have made a 100% La Crescent Wine. We hand-picked the fruit in early September and the whole cluster pressed the fruit immediately. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 50 degrees Fahrenheit to retain its freshness and aromatics.

The wine has aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine flowers. On the palate, fresh stone fruit, raw honey, and candied lemon peel. Balanced sweetness and acidity finish fresh and bright.
