Aged Whiskey
This is our first true Whiskey to be released since we started distilling. We blended our Light Whiskey with our 2-Year-Old Bourbon to find the perfect match of smoothness and sweet corn. The blend is 86% Corn, 10% Rye and 4% Barley. It has an obvious note of sweet oak and corn up front. Smooth notes of caramel, vanilla and maple fill the mid-palate. A seamless finish of warm walnuts and toasted oak round out this classic whiskey.
