2022 Creekside White
This Creekside White is a bit edgier than the past few vintages with aromas of key limes, ginger, and star jasmine. Upon entry and in the mid-palate, mouth-watering Limeade, tube rose and passion fruit flavors join a lingering minerality and crisp finish.
Pairs well with a lot of umami flavors or a bit of spice like Indian food, Hoisin stir fry, and cheese curds. Always a great accompaniment to sushi.
