Riesling
Our Riesling is sourced from the Columbia River Gorge whose cool climate and long growing season produces a fresh crisp wine. The Riesling is one of the last grapes we receive during our harvest season.
This well-balanced Riesling has an aroma and taste of juicy pear on the palate with a mouth-watering mango and a lingering minerality on the finish.
Pairs well with sushi rolls, or anything with a lot of umami flavors with a little bit of spice like Green Thai Curry, or Indian food.
