This is our very first Itasca white wine! We are very impressed by the immediate ripe honey-dew melon scent, dripping with honey. On the palate, this wine exhibits prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe, along with honeysuckle flavors with an oaky butterscotch character. The finish is a creamy creme brulee like you've never experienced before!
Pair with handcrafted shell fish and pasta aglio e olio.
