Smaller glass (Snifter)
1 Egg white
2 OZ Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Bitters
Ice
Directions:
In shaker add Egg White, 2 OZ Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 1 OZ Lemon Juice,
1 OZ Simple Syrup and shake
Add Ice to shaker, shake and strain into glass
Top with 2 dashes of bitters.
