Ham & Pickle Roll Ups


Ham pickle

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature for spreading)

16 Pickle spears (Claussen Dill Mini Pickles work great!)

16 slices Ham or Corned Beef

 

Directions:

Lay ham or corned beef on a hard surface. 

Spread about 1 tbsp of cream cheese over each meat slice (all the way to the edges!) 

Place a pickle on the edge off the slice and roll it up. 

Slice into equal parts (eat the butts of the pickles) 

Store the rest in the fridge until you’re ready to
