We invite you to join us for the Friendsgiving Wine Dinner in the Barrel Room! The South Central College Culinary Program will be putting their creative spin on a tantalizing 5 course Thanksgiving meal. Each course will be perfectly paired with Chankaska Wines.

Course 1: Roasted Poblano Corn Chowder Paired with: 2018 Four Oak White
Course 2: Beet Salad featuring local Alemar cheeses and organic greens with a toasted pumpkinseed orange vinaigrette dressing Paired with: 2018 La Crescent
Course 3: Turkey Roulade served over a bed of pumpkin risotto and sautéed root vegetables Paired with: 2016 Petite Colline & 2018 MN Marquette
Course 4: Locally grown apple raisin strudel with salted caramel sauce and Crème Chantilly Paired with: Ratafia
Course 5: Classic Ciabatta Bread with roasted garlic herb butter Paired with: Equinoce Reserve Brut
